Short Description
Sanna has broad experience with the facilitation of solution-focused processes, and qualitative assessment and research methods. She has worked as a solution-focused counselor and has consultancy experience from CRECEA China, working with organizational assessments and leadership development in Beijing. Through her studies Sanna has obtained significant knowledge about systemic processes, process consultation and constructionist views on organizations. |
